Pottery Course from Tuesday 2nd Sept

Course or Class Details

From 2nd September for 8 weeks, 1st half of the Autumn term. This course is for students of all abilities. Basic skills will be covered as well as more advanced techniques. There will be opportunity for you to experiment with techniques as well as learn some new ones. You can pay for the course outright in one payment or choose to pay over 4 months. Material costs (clay, glaze and firing) are not included. These will be charged at £5 a kilo bisque or glazed. A limited selection of slips and glazes that I already use will be available. Any extra glazes and materials will need to be purchased separately, advice on where and how will be given. Any further questions please get in touch. There are only 5 wheels so students will be expected to take turns and share time on the wheel, as well as having a go at other things. There will be two taught sessions and then the third session will be a chance for you to use the studio for free.
