So after a glorious weekend its back to the humdrum of daily life. Up early, quiet time with Lectio 365 and maybe a bit of Celtic daily prayer, do the packed lunches, clean and tidy a bit, time to sow and sort out a couple of garden jobs time permitting. Then start with jobs and emails, get my head round the day, trying not to forget to look in my diary! Always important. This week has been a lot of tidying and sorting after the weekend. Planning what I need to get on with next. I did have a good chat with another local potter, David Hamer, and after that conversation I am thinking I need to switch back to Etsy. As much as I don't want to, it did yield more sales for me than Folksy has. I don't have the time that it appears to need to engage with Folksy in the way it has been set up to be used. Its a shame as it is so much nearer what I want to stand for. Even as I am writing this I am thinking I can't swop. Etsy is so much mass produces tutt, lost its creator/creative heart, and so American based and centric. I am convincing myself to stay with Folksy!! Decisions decisions. We'll see.
Also trying to take apart and collect a greenhouse for the allotment today, throwing to do for a number of orders and got the evening class at Suffolk New College this evening too. Full day already. Karlx
